Order POS accessories and printer paper rolls
Your POS device includes all the basics that you need to get started. You can also order accessories (like receipt printers, cash drawers, barcode scanners – even additional printer paper rolls) and have them promptly shipped to you.
Some accessories are only compatible with specific Smart Terminals. Before placing your order, make sure you're ordering the correct accessory for your Smart Terminal.
- Sign in to your Payment Tools page (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Select Accessories.
- Select View Compatibility Table to see the list of compatible accessories that are available for purchase.
- You’ll be directed to Shop POS to place your order.
- Set up an account and complete your order with Shop POS.
Receipt paper rolls are only compatible with a specific Smart Terminal version (like GoDaddy Smart Terminal Duo V3.0). Before placing your order, make sure you're ordering the correct item for your Smart Terminal. You can find the version number on a sticker on the back of your device.
Note: You can purchase additional printer paper rolls from any store that sells office supplies or order them directly using the links below.

- Paper dimensions: 2.25” x 28’ (Duo V2.0), 2.25” x 50’ (Duo V3.0, Flex)
- Direct purchase: 5 rolls or 20 rolls (Duo V2.0), 50 rolls: monthly subscription or one-time purchase (Duo V3.0, Flex)
