Access my reseller customer accounts as a delegate
If you need to manage a customer's account, such as to open and use their GoDaddy products, you can use reseller delegation in the Reseller Control Center (RCC).
Required: To access your customer's account, you'll need to have two-step authentication enabled on your GoDaddy account.
- Sign in to your Reseller Control Center (use your GoDaddy username and password).
- Select Reports, and then Customer Lookup.
- For the account you want to access, select the customer Name.
- Select Log in as Client. The customer account will automatically open.
- Once you're done managing the account, select Exit access.
